Finally posting Carter's Birthday pictures!

Our family after church. Carter was ordained a Decon today! Wow what an old boy I have! He is so cute when Sunday comes. It is very important to him to be there on time to pass the sacrament! Oh and he is the very shortest and can barely reach the trays when they pass them down to him. What a cute boy we have! We are very proud of how he respects the priesthood! We love you Carter! Thanks Rick and Jeanette for coming and supporting Carter! We are so glad that you could be there!

Carter with two of his favorite things, a book and Dr. Pepper! He shows such emotion!

The big trip!!!

Emmie sleeping with her Dad at the first hotel of the trip! By the way I don't know how to post more than 5 pictures at a time so bare with me. It took us about three days driving each way and seemed like we'd never get there but the kids were good and the Durango was the most comfortable vehicle I've ever driven across country in. Believe it or not I've done it in 3 other vehicles!! The trip was great we got to see all our family and had some delicious meals. Thanks for taking care of us! Also, Thanks Derek and Brandy for putting up with us! We had a really awesome time! We love all you guys!!

This is where Derek and Brandy's dogs usually hang out so in the morning they would go in where the older two were still sleeping. Pre-teens! A couple of mornings Bailey would come out and say that Lola snuggled her right off the couch and woke her up!

Carter playing boxing on the Wii with his Uncle Derek.

The wedding!!!

I think I was the only one there crying...well bawling. I blamed it on being pregnant and that was why but it was awesome to see my little bro get married. Best of all I've always loved Brandy like a sister so it was really special!

The line.
Ben, Nolan, and Emmie.
Ben and Bailey.
The coolest hair I've ever seen!

Nicole.

How cute is that!!!
My sister Nicole, Hannah, Grace, Mattea, and Bailey. Grace curled all of Bailey's hair.

The wedding party.
Brian, Julie, Derek, Brandy, Melinda, and Ben.

Derek and my Mom dancing.
My Grandparents who had been married the longest out of anyone there! I think 54 years. Correct me if I'm wrong.
The new married couple.
Sharing the cake.
Sharing a little too much. Derek couldn't resist but he came back and kissed her on the cheek as a peace offering.

Brandy throwing the bouquet.

My sister Alicia caught it.
The boys waiting for the garter to be thrown. One of my brother's friends loved Nolan so he brought him up there and told him to catch it. It was an awesome catch for my little football player but they made them do it again so an adult could catch it.
At first they blind folded Brian (the guy who caught it the second time) and told him to put the garter on Alicia but they slipped in a man. It was funny to see Brian's reaction. Then they told him to put it on for real and they decided to do it backwards. Pretty cute idea! Brian and Alicia have known each other for years.

We had dinner at Laurie and Gary's house. It was fun and we got to see lots of people we haven't seen in many years.
We went to my sister Nicole's vollyball game. She did great and it was really fun to watch.
Emmerie feeding Lola and Jules. Two of the sweetest pit bulls in the world. I love those dogs.

The leaves were beautiful! These pictures don't do it justice. There were bright reds and purples but somehow we didn't get any pictures.
Singing to Carter for his birthday.
Mattea, Bailey, Grace, my sister Nicole, my Grandpa, Hannah, and my step-Dad Scott waiting for dessert.
My Mom, my sister Julie, my Grandma, my Aunt Sara, Mattea, Bailey, Grace, and Hunter.

All the Cousins!

We took quite a few pictures trying to get a good one but they range in age from 2 1/2 to 14 so it was kind of hard.
Grace, Kirah, Emmie, Kent, Carter, Mattea, Bailey, Nolan, Hunter, and Hannah.

What a fun Great Grandpa!!
Emmerie was hilarious with Hunter. She followed him all around the house calling him "Tanner". If he got out of her sight she would yell "Tanner" until she found him. She was doing better by the time we left calling him by his real name Hunter but as we drove home she started fussing for Tanner. It was funny. Just know she looked at this picture and called him Hunter. I guess she figured it out. Too many new names to learn for a 2 1/2 year old so I guess she just started making them up.
