SUMMER IS COMING

Last summer my sisters, brother, Dad, and step Mom came to visit and we spent a week at our condo! We spent a lot of time in the pool. My step Mom sent me these today and I thought it would be fun to post them and think about summer!

Dora

The other night, Emmerie was talking about Dora. (what else?) She was saying Dora and Boots and Benny turned into a potato and Map the Map Tico Backpack Backpack....you get the idea. I said "Emmie why are you so adorable?" She replied"Dora is sleeping" It was night time of course she was. Do you think she is a little obsessed? a"DORA"ble ha ha

1. I would sell my house and buy a R.V. and travel for the rest of my life

5. I water skiied in the St. Laurence river in Canada with GIANT ships! SCARY!!!!

Bailey did Emmie's hair in a side pony tail. So Napolian Dynamite! My sweet girl loves to sit with me at the computer and help. It makes it really hard to type though! She laid her little head down yesterday and fell fast asleep. What an angel!!

Bailey's glasses

I don't think I have any pictures of Bailey with her new glasses yet. She never told us that she was struggling but finally in 4th grade she failed the eye test in school. We thought that maybe she was faking because her cousin has glasses and one of her best friends. Sure enough the poor kid can't see. She had been squinting and learned how to beat the school tests. We got her two pairs so she would have a back up and they came in handy when Emmerie broke a pair the first week. Now Emmerie says" Bay's glasses-no touch" I think she learned her lesson!!

I posted another picture about this time but when I found these I had to add them too. I still don't know how he slept with this thing on.

SUESSICAL THE MUSICAL

The local song and dance studio put on Suessical the Musical and Bailey and her cousins were in it. This was last may but I just found the pictures. Jamie and Easton Shumway- the two cutest fish I have ever seen!!

SNOW DAY

Isn't this beautiful? I just love the snow!!! We have about six inches and it's still coming down! We love Snowflake! I even went to the doctor already and it was kind of fun to drive in!

Emmie came in the kitchen and said " I color my face Mommy" This all occured while Bailey, her friend , and Nolan were all in the room! I have quite observent children!! I left for Y.W. 10 minutes before Ben got home and had no time to bathe her so this is what he came home to!! Dad's should share in the fun too!
