APPLES!!!!

We have 5 trees full of apples so we have been really busy!  The cousins helped pick and I started with applesauce and juice.  I still want to do apple pie filling and try apple butter!  We love our house!  It's busy and messy at our house but when I see the jars on my shelf it makes me really happy!

looking at all the apples is crazy. I think that apples are the most unfulfilling of all the canning they don't fill up as many jars as I would like.
